In this role, you will be a team mentor, dedicated to helping your team succeed. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as we are not a purist shop. You will facilitate refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will establish metrics, track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to drive the teams towards their goals. As a well-spoken and natural leader, you enjoy building relationships and tackling challenges with high energy and enthusiasm to make things happen.
