In this role, you will work with Business Partners across the enterpriseto elicit and document business and functional requirements for SharePointonline. The Sr. Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between theCollaboration IT team and the business requestor. You will work as part of alarger team translating business needs/requirements to SharePoint developersand systems analysts, facilitate UAT, and work with the Product Owner to manageall other activities with the team. Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5-7years work experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or softwareengineering capacity; experience in multiple business functional areas, andwork with business users to define requirements. Required jobresponsibilities include: Gather, analyze and documentbusiness needs and translate into user stories, use cases, business processflow, etc. required to develop or modify SharePoint sites and technicalprocesses. Makes recommendations forbusiness process improvements with a thorough understanding of technicalimplications and solutions as they relate to the technology needs. Acts as a liaison betweenbusiness users and IT. Develops and maintains knowledge of customer's businessfunction. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver messages in a clear andconcise manner. Exhibits strong business knowledge and builds strong customer relationships. Proficient in SQL data queries for data validation of business systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 toolset. Conducts UAT and user training.Specific technical knowledge and experience a plus: SharePoint Online, JIRA,Confluence and any previous development experience a plus.
