Position: DevOps Lead Location : Remote Long Term Contrat Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to take ownership of managing, maintaining, and enhancing a CI/CD and Infrastructure framework to ensure large scale adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience with J2EE, Microservices, SAP, Salesforce, and MuleSoft technologies and be proficient in tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, and MUnit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of DevOps professionals in the following tasks: Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for J2EE applications Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for SAP applications using Basis Technologies, with integration to ServiceNow and Jenkins. Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using Copado, with integration to Jenkins and SonarQube. Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft APIs, with integration to JIRA, Jenkins, and MUnit. Deploying parallel lower environments as required by the customer. Collaborating with customer product teams to develop and maintain applications. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise in the CI/CD pipelines or applications. Containerizing applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines for new applications as designated by the customer. As the team lead, you will also be responsible for: Managing and coordinating the work of the DevOps team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of progress and issues. Mentoring and training team members as needed. Providing training to customer stakeholders on how to utilize the CI/CD pipeline. Providing support to customer stakeholders as their applications are submitted, tested, and promoted through the pipeline. Following all applicable CI/CD and application modernization standards for the development of pipelines. Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure the quality of code being delivered. Participating in incident management processes as needed. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a similar role. 5+ years of experience leading a team of DevOps professionals. Proficiency in J2EE, SAP, Salesforce, and MuleSoft technologies. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, ServiceNow, and MUnit. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
