This role requires in-depth knowledge of OpenText's enterprise content management (ECM) suite, and a proven ability to design, configure, and customize solutions to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement solutions using OpenText Content Server based on business requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective content management solutions. Customize workflows, forms, metadata models, and user interfaces within the OpenText environment. Provide support for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of OpenText platforms. Assist in the integration of OpenText Content Server with other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft 365, etc.). Participate in the upgrade and patching of OpenText systems, ensuring minimal downtime and risk. Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, support, and user training. Follow best practices for content security, compliance, and governance. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required.Required Qualifications & Experience: 68 years of hands-on experience working with OpenText Content Server. Strong expertise in installation, configuration, customization, and support of OpenText ECM solutions. Experience with OpenText modules such as Records Management, WebReports, Workflow Designer, and Archive Server. Familiarity with OpenText integration to external systems such as SAP, SharePoint, or CRM systems. Understanding of content lifecycle management, document taxonomy, and metadata frameworks. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze system logs and performance issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.Desirable Skills: Experience with scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, OScript, or REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with OpenText Cloud offerings or migration projects from on-prem to cloud. Knowledge of information governance, compliance regulations, and enterprise security best practices.
