Expert knowledge developing integrations using - EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio. Thorough understanding of XSLT, Document Transformation and utilizing them in integrations. Understanding of different types of Workday integrations, capabilities, and limitations. Creating complex Workday reports and calculated fields. Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Integration Security is required Hands on experience using Workday API (both get/put). Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object-oriented development environment. HR domain knowledge - Core, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Absence modules. : Prior working experience with Agile methodology preferred. Ability to identify and resolve the issues quickly and work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
