The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product features, prioritize backlog items, and ensure alignment with business goals. As the voice of the customer, the Product Owner bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution. Key Responsibilities: Define and clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize based on business value, stakeholder input, and customer impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the development team to ensure understanding of requirements and successful delivery of high-quality features. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to validate product ideas. Ensure the product meets customer needs and is aligned with company strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and decisions during development cycles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 37 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with software development teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with product lifecycle management and customer-centric design.
