Role Name: SAP Production Fee Flow (PFF) Consultant w/ Tolling (Intercompany Subcontracting) Location: Tampa, Florida(Onsite) Job Description The PFF - Tolling (Intercompany Subcontracting) - Finance & SD role is a senior position responsible for the effective management and optimization of tolling (intercompany subcontracting) processes, with a strong focus on Production Fee Flow (PFF), within an integrated SAP environment. This role requires deep expertise in both Finance (FI/CO) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, along with extensive experience in managing complex tolling scenarios, including those within S/4HANA. The role holder will ensure seamless coordination between financial and logistical aspects of tolling, optimizing cost, ensuring compliance, and driving process efficiency. Responsibilities: End-to-End Tolling Process Management: o Manage the complete lifecycle of tolling processes, encompassing both financial and logistical flows, from planning to settlement. o Design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions to support tolling operations, ensuring alignment between Finance and SD modules. o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for tolling activities. o Monitor and analyze tolling performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. PFF (Production Fee Flow) Management: o Oversee the accurate calculation, application, and settlement of PFF within SAP, ensuring compliance with intercompany agreements. o Configure and maintain SAP settings related to PFF, including pricing conditions, revenue recognition, and cost allocation. o Develop and implement strategies to optimize PFF, minimizing financial discrepancies, and maximizing profitability. SAP Finance (FI/CO) Responsibilities: o Manage the financial accounting aspects of tolling, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. o Ensure accurate and timely recording of tolling transactions in SAP FI/CO, maintaining data integrity and compliance. o Develop and implement financial controls related to tolling, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. o Support financial reporting related to tolling activities, providing insights and analysis to management. SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Responsibilities: o Manage the sales and distribution aspects of tolling, including order processing, delivery, and billing. o Configure and maintain SAP SD settings related to tolling, including sales documents, pricing procedures, and shipping processes. o Ensure seamless integration between SD and FI/CO modules for tolling transactions, maintaining consistency and accuracy. o Optimize the logistical flow of materials in tolling scenarios, coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse management. S/4HANA Expertise: o Leverage extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA to design and implement solutions for tolling processes. o Optimize S/4HANA functionalities to enhance tolling efficiency, improve reporting, and streamline workflows. o Ensure successful migration of tolling data and processes to S/4HANA, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits. Intercompany Coordination: o Coordinate tolling activities between different company codes and business units, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. o Manage intercompany pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and tax regulations. o Reconcile intercompany transactions related to tolling, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and tax requirements related to tolling activities. o Identify and assess risks associated with tolling processes, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. o Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices, adapting SAP configurations and processes as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on both FI/CO and SD modules. Extensive experience in managing tolling (intercompany subcontracting) processes in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for tolling, including S/4HANA. Deep understanding of PFF principles and their application within SAP. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost management, sales and distribution processes, and intercompany transactions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Preferred Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management. SAP certification in FI/CO and/or SD. Experience with advanced planning and optimization (APO) or other supply chain planning tools. Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
