Monitoring & Observability: Implement, maintain, and optimize comprehensive monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing solutions to provide deep insights into system health and performance. Automation: Develop and implement automation for operational tasks, infrastructure provisioning (Infrastructure as Code), and deployment processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Incident Management: Lead and participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortems to prevent recurrence and improve system resilience. Collaboration: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to embed reliability practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for optimization and capacity planning. CI/CD: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. On-Call: Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical production systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering role with a strong focus on reliability. -- teamware solution | Exec.
