The ideal candidate will bring extensive architecture-level experience in HPE Silver Peak and Zscaler technologies, along with a solid background in IT architecture, engineering, and enterprise transformation. This is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ.Key Responsibilities: The Lead Architect will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align on responsibilities, priorities, and workstreams. General focus areas include: Capture of Key Issues and Risks Identify, assess, and document potential risks and issues along with mitigation strategies. Requirements Definition & Use Case Documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define system and business requirements, creating comprehensive documentation. Strategic Guidance Provide architectural insight and strategic direction for network and security solutions. Architecture Development Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures leveraging HPE Silver Peak and Zscaler technologies. Site/Implementation Readiness Ensure infrastructure, resources, and processes are aligned for successful deployment at various sites. Artifacts and Knowledge Sharing Develop and share architectural artifacts, templates, and best practices with the broader team. Complex Solutioning Drive the design of integrated and complex network solutions aligned with organizational goals.Essential Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture and transformation initiatives. Deep expertise in HPE Silver Peak and Zscaler Cloud Security Services. Proven track record of leading complex solutioning and infrastructure projects. Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Desirable Skills: Experience with HPE Block Storage and related infrastructure technologies. Familiarity with hybrid cloud and edge computing architecture models.
