Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

Experience converting SAP HCM data to Workday for global company

Ability to handle data in secure manner in accordance with companys security policies

Ability to conduct business stakeholder meetings and facilitate requirement discussions

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, USA and Global Payroll, Benefits, Leave,

Very good understanding of Employee relevant data and other HR data)

Detailed Job Description:

Work on the Workday implementation project at Nike and provide support in activities like design, documentation, data conversion, extraction & data validation tasks.

As part of HR Modernization project develop automation scripts using tools like Python to perform regression on extractors being built for Workday.

Responsible for team consisting of manual and automation engineers that performing regression on HR projects for modules like PA, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Compensation, Finance, Payroll, Portal, Reporting, Interfaces, GPAY, Onboarding, Taleo etc.

Lead Automation initiatives in HR space for regression activities and ensure that scripts are automated for various modules in HR

Troubleshooting & Triaging Defects found during HR projects like Legal Packs Support Packs (LPSPs), SuccessFactors Release etc as well as ensuring the resolution of those issues before changes are promoted to production.

Perform Configuration fix for issues identified during Legal Pack Service Pack in various SAP modules and update the technical specification for the same.

Apply SAP side effect notes for payroll model to ensure correct tax calculations were happening in payroll tax engine tool BSI post LPSP deployment.

Perform config updates in SAP modules for Issues identified during Legal Pack Support pack project.

Ensure successful & timely production implementation and regression testing of multiple ongoing HR projects like LPSP, BSI (US Tax Software Engine), SuccessFactors release, Nikes Annual Pay Review regression project, SpinifexIT Upgrades, SAP-PO upgrade, Cognos upgrade, Infa/Fusion Upgrades, HR cloud Migration, Autosys Upgrade, TDMS upgrade etc.

Perform execution of Automation scripts via tools like Unified Functional Testing (UFT), & Component Based Test Automation (CBTA) and identified key areas to automate and suggest best in class Automation solutions/tools to client
