Role: Business Analyst Clinical Location: Warren, New Jersey Experience: 9+ Years Job Description: The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technical requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams. Skills Required: Medical domain, Clinical Data, CPR data Roles: # Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Medical systems particularly in Provider side like Clinical data, CPR data, etc. # Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating agile ceremonies like grooming, etc. # Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design. # Producing required stories or creating the backlog for upcoming sprints (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT plan). # Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements s and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process. # Serve as a liaison between onsite and Offshore to gather requirements needed for system modification enhancements.
