Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Earliest Start Date: ASAP Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same Requirements: Availability to work on Clients site in Ocoee, FL (required); Experience in an onsite client service role (3-5 years); Customer facing experience (3+ years); IT-related experience (1+ year); Experience with the OSI Model; Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network (LAN, WAN and wireless) multiplexers, hubs and routers, and uses remote monitoring tools; Experience with network configurations from DMARC to workstations; fiber distribution, routers, switches, DHCP, and the necessary topology needed to achieve a high QoS; Experience in managing and configuring startup and running configs for network switch equipment; Experience in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for copper and fiber network systems (including wireless) of moderate complexity; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (preferred); Associate Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Information Systems or related fields.
