This role requires deep expertise in Claims lifecycle systems, Pega, and enterprise integration patterns. You will drive product evaluations, architecture strategies, cloud/API solutions, and cross-functional design collaboration to enable scalable, efficient, and future-ready systems aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and recommend technologies and products aligned with strategic goals of the Claims application ecosystem. Provide technology transformation support and ensure successful execution of delivery initiatives in Claims and Underwriting. Develop and implement architectural strategies, including reference architectures, technology selection, and framework evaluations. Understand the Claims systems in-depth and design tailored, best-fit solutions. Architect scalable cloud-native and API-driven solutions. Collaborate with integration teams (e.g., MuleSoft) and workflow platforms (e.g., Pega) for end-to-end solution design. Ensure strategic alignment of architecture to improve IT efficiency and reduce complexity. Follow enterprise architecture standards and manage the full architecture design lifecycle. Support governance processes and ensure compliance with architectural principles.Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Claims Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of the Claims lifecycle. 36 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (version 7.x/8.x). Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts. Solid understanding of enterprise integration, preferably with MuleSoft. Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and API-based solutions. Ability to assess existing systems and create future-state architecture roadmaps.Desirable Skills: Demonstrates strong time management, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across business and technical teams. Capable of multitasking and working independently in a dynamic environment.
