The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex business requirements into scalable TRIRIGA solutions, while also supporting integrations, upgrades, and end-user training. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize IBM TRIRIGA applications to meet business needs (Real Estate, Space, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Lease, etc.). Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional TRIRIGA configurations and workflows. Develop and manage TRIRIGA components including Forms, Workflows, Data Integrators, Business Objects, and Portals. Implement and support system integrations with external applications using APIs, BIRT reports, and other interfaces. Manage system upgrades, patches, and perform performance tuning for TRIRIGA environments. Provide end-user training, create support documentation, and offer post-deployment support. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.Essential Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA design, development, and customization. Strong experience in configuring TRIRIGA objects, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency in TRIRIGA system administration, performance tuning, and patch management. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications and workflows. Experience implementing integrations using APIs and generating reports with BIRT. Strong collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.Desirable Skills: TRIRIGA Expertise: Proven experience with full lifecycle TRIRIGA implementations and upgrades. Development Skills: Background in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL (depending on role requirements). Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot TRIRIGA systems, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance. Business Acumen: Understanding of real estate, facilities management, and asset management domains. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.
