[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi We Have an urgent Opening with one of our clients, please see the job description below for you review Job Title - Oracle ERP Cloud Tester Location: Onsite : Phoenix, Arizona (mandatory from day 1) Job Summary/Responsibilities: -This role is part of the QA team for a project and is answerable to all activities conducted to ensure quality. -Oversees the quality in all phases of the project including Requirement review, test script preparation, and test execution and recap. -Highlights to the project team the risks associated with schedule slippage or other areas of concern. -Creates a collaborative partnership with the Tech Lead, the PM, the BAs and other project participants and actively engages in grooming sessions, status meetings and other project meetings. Skill Set & Experience: Experienced quality assurance professional with keen organizational skills, an ability to both delegate and dig in and extensive knowledge of quality assurance practices and methods Command of the types and number of resources needed for each effort and the ability to maximize their assignments to generate the greatest impact A process optimizer - sees the opportunities for automation, can spot tasks and tests that do not add value and can eliminate waste to optimize the resources at-hand. Good understanding of an application domain, the release schedule, the user community, and can work with the other members of the project team to drive delivery Excellent communication skills Understands how to assess an applications functionality by risk, impact and importance in order to prioritize the test execution and concentrate test coverage appropriately Able to lead in all phases of the project and can communicate with others in the organization about the status and risks of the effort in detail Report on quality metrics, app health, and project risks Top 3 Must Haves for this role: 1. Experience in testing Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules. 2. Strong acumen in GL testing. 3. Must be in-person at client office from day 1.
