Desirable Qualifications: SAP ECC Sales and Distribution experience with an emphasis on Planning Functions, Sales Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Deliveries, etc. for a retail organization Experience in APO, specifically to gATP/Allocation. A background in system setup, CIF processes and overall APO system health is highly desired. Integrated Business Planning(IBP) knowledge a plus. Ability to understand CPI-DS/SDI interfaces, TimeSeries and Order Based Planning configuration and processes. Ability to debug into SAP systems. Experience with Idoc processing, triage and correction Ability to establish customer trust and confidence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: (1) Support our Business partners in day to day Sales Orders (from a 3rd party Point of Sale System), Stock Transfers, Purchase Orders, Deliveries to 3rd party warehouse. This would be incident and enhancement work in these areas 40% (2) Support our APO gATP/Allocation Processes for constrained articles. This includes location substitution logic. Included in this is reviewing our current APO technical processes, CIF setup and overall APO system for improved system health 20% (3) Help support a current project that is reviewing and documenting our current processes in the planning processes side of the business. 30% (4) Identify and make process improvements in the areas discussed above 10% % are estimate only.
