This role will focus on driving transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and technology integration (e.g., Industry 4.0, lean manufacturing). The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing expertise, exceptional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex, high-impact programs. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage large-scale programs across systems implementations, and operational efficiency initiatives.- Develop and drive multi-year roadmaps aligned with business strategy, productivity targets, and digital transformation goals.- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability across workstreams.- Lead change management efforts and foster engagement at all levelsfrom frontline operations to executive leadership.- Support deployment of smart factory solutions, MES systems, automation, and data analytics tools.
