Requires: General knowledge ofcomputers Ability to speak andwrite in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations Understands complexverbal or written instructions Must be well organizedand systematic in work processes, possess excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with groups and inthe conduct of meetings Proven understandingof the Project Lifecycle Competent in the useof MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Outlook and other tools that would be usedfor communication/documentation purposes Proven ability to workwell individually within a team environment Ability to delegateand share decision-making with team members as appropriate Must have strongleadership skills and able to lead project personnel, exercising stronginterpersonal skills Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of MSProject with in-depth use experience. Bachelors degreepreferred plus 4 years experience combining technical, analytical, andfunctional experience including experience in project management, projectscheduling and/or contract administration or an MBA and 2 years experiencecombining technical, analytical, and functional experience including experiencein project management, project design, project scheduling and/or contractadministration.
