| From: Anita Rani Sahoo, VYZE INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well please find the requirement below and kindly let me know if you have good consultant for this Job Title: Salesforce Admin Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite) Local Only Duration: 6 Months Visas: NoCPT/H1B MOI: Skype As the System Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include: Maintain existing functionality by responding to issues, managing all changes/enhancements, documenting systems processes, and supporting & training users. Serves as a system administrator for the entire Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, and Salesforce Shield. Data management activities inclusive of data load, data translation, data migration, and ongoing integration. Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development. Assesses the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Write Technical Specifications for development team. Serve as point of contact for technology issue escalation and communication. Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements. Management and logging of user feedback in ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence and/or other appropriate systems Effectively partner with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to drive business success. Provide thought-leadership across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. Job Requirements 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, design or implementation of Salesforce solutions. Salesforce administrator certification preferred. Multiple certifications preferred. Experience with Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud preferred. Experience in middleware or iPaaS very helpful.
