Location : 100% Remote Duration : 12 Months Job Description: Our client, a Health Insurance firm in NYC, need a Technical Business Analyst who is familiar with QlikSense (QlikView) if possible, and has a background building specs for reports/dashboards BA will be a liaison between the development team and the business, who understands the application (Qlik) do's and dont's. Someone who can gather the technical requirements and details on the acceptance criteria in a language understandable to the development team and the QA. Get in the weeds with the technology to implement business solutions. Understand the strategic goals and translate these goals into achievable tasks for our IT team. Develop technical specifications for our developers to follow. Performing risk assessments on our legacy systems and the proposed systems. Support with analysis of metrics/data In the case of Provider Apps/Dashboards, I envision this role to start with : Write detailed acceptance criteria with the technical specifications for our developers and the QA to follow. Data analysis with the usage metrics, CQDM data, ODS data and provide input to the team to spearhead some technical improvements. At the sprint level lead the user testing, QA demos and answer any queries from the development and QA team with the business goals in mind.
