Summary:

We are looking for a SCRUM master to facilitate and run the delivery of our agile business transformation teams. Job Description: The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with the Scrum Team. Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dash boarding to keep information up to date Manage stakeholders outside the team as required

Skills & Requirements: Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, CSP, CTC) Total overall experience of 10-14 years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-4 years for a Scrum Team Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.) Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Techical Detail Design, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games Software development background is an advantage.
