The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, configuration knowledge of Coupa modules, and deep integration experience with ERP/middleware systems. This role requires hands-on involvement in solutioning, system design, module configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end Coupa implementation or rollout projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Serve as a solution architect to design integrations between Coupa and ERP systems, middleware, or third-party applications. Configure and manage various Coupa modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses. Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and provide standard or customized solutions. Support the integration setup, data mapping, and API/CSV-based communication between Coupa and external systems. Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Contribute to project documentation, user training, and go-live support activities.
