This senior leadership role involves designing and governing innovative, scalable, and secure architectures focused on Cloud Adoption, Technology Enablement, Enterprise Integration, and Enterprise DevOps, while also driving AI Enablement through integration and advanced tooling. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to align enterprise technology strategy with organizational objectives and future growth.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities in cloud, integration, DevOps, and AI enablement. Design cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions using Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure iPaaS, and Azure Databricks. Exposure to AWS and Google Cloud is a plus. Architect enterprise integration solutions using API-first strategies, microservices, and event-driven architectures, leveraging tools like Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Event Grid. Champion Enterprise DevOps by implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), monitoring, and observability using tools like Azure Monitor and Azure DevOps. Drive AI adoption by designing enterprise-ready AI architectures that integrate third-party tools and support predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI-driven insights. Maintain enterprise architecture models, blueprints, and repositories, enabling reuse and consistency across the technology landscape. Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and stakeholders to define long-term technology roadmaps, prioritizing Azure and modern cloud technologies. Ensure operational excellence through performance monitoring and optimization using tools such as Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights. Implement security-by-design principles, integrating Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, sharing insights and updating architectural strategies accordingly. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies and their fit within the enterprise ecosystem. Provide guidance and governance on architecture methodologies, technology selection, and best practices across cross-functional teams.Essential Skills: 810 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design. Proven expertise in Azure-based architecture, including cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, and event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation frameworks, including Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise environments. Proficiency in architecture documentation tools such as Sparx EA, ArchiMate, or Microsoft Visio. Deep understanding of IT governance, enterprise security, compliance, and risk management practices. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.Desirable Skills: Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA). Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) and knowledge of compliance frameworks. Familiarity with data platforms, such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Snowflake. Experience with low-code/no-code tools and their enterprise integrations. Exposure to business capability modeling and value stream mapping.Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
