Local Profiles Lead PEGA design sessions with business stakeholders Certification: Pega Business Architect- Need to have this. Work with the Senior System Architects, System Architects, Product Owners, and other business stakeholders to assist in developing requirements, solution concepts, and prototypes Lead the team in choosing the best way to implement requirements using PEGA software, App Studio, and DCO capabilities Actively participate in the requirements design and build phases, delivering high quality deliverables to ensure delivery of solutions within the structured timeframe Possesses the ability to lead requirements conversations, push back where needed to help drive discussions to out of the box capabilities (hence the desire to have PEGA in their tool belt) to help ensure out of the box capabilities are leveraged where possible to meet business requirements Participate and identify potential gaps in solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability, as part of the production go-live warranty support period and L3 production support of systems during regular and off-hours Identify micro journeys, persona experiences, data needs & communication channels and determine the solution including key milestones, and key project deliverables, to achieve the outcome Strong understanding of PEGA technologies to ensure optimal use of PEGA capabilities and adherence to guardrails Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business units to define and prioritize the teams backlog to meet deliverables in a fast paced agile/scrum environment Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities Coordinate with Product Owners to facilitate backlog reviews Identify, interpret, and define business needs and features transferring them into epics, stories, enhancements Experience and Education Requirement: Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related fields of study or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years) Must possess a PCBA (Pega Certified Business Architect) certificate Minimum 8 years experience of working in IT with a minimum of 6 years experience working as a PEGA Architect, preferably in the financial services industry, including experience with architecture, systems analysis, testing, and deployment experience Minimum 6 years experience working on Agile projects Good skills in developing use cases, user stories, functional and technical data mapping, test cases, system flows, workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specification Advanced knowledge of software development tools and technologies: Testing Tools such as LoadRunner/JMeter/SoapUI/Postman, XML, JSON, XSLT, SQL, Databases, JIRA, Confluence, MS SharePoint, and Project Management tools Advanced knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Development Process, gathering technical requirements, and process improvement Experience with various integration methods using API Management Platforms, Tools, and Techniques Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills Ability to understand the technical landscape and strategy Ability to work autonomously in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Superb business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Should have hands on developer experience to better understand development complexities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Keywords: information technology golang |
