The ideal candidate will design and implement analytics engine frameworks, translate business requirements into scalable data flows, and work across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. A strong background in 3GPP, mediation systems (Ericsson/Nokia), and hands-on data engineering is essential.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee data usage records across 4G/5G and wireline networks for billing, compliance, legal, and network optimization. Build and scale analytics engine frameworks to support network planning and service assurance teams. Design and deliver technical solutions addressing 3GPP use cases. Analyze and interpret business requirements and process designs to build data process flows. Work extensively on Ericsson/Nokia Mediation Systems and packet broker/probe systems. Proactively propose alternate technical approaches within the 3GPP domain. Create detailed project plans, lead Agile ceremonies, coach team members, and ensure delivery milestones. Handle multi-stakeholder management, risk identification, and implement mitigation strategies. Share daily/weekly progress reports with business and leadership teams. Drive innovation and collaboration in telecom data architecture and AI/ML-based use cases.Required Competencies: Telecom Data Analytics Data Architecture & Modeling 3GPP Domain Knowledge (with deep hands-on experience) Data Mediation, Packet Broker, and Probe Integration Project Planning and Agile Coaching Business Requirement Translation and Process Engineering Stakeholder and Risk ManagementEssential Skills: 17+ years of hands-on experience in 3GPP-based telecom systems, including software and networking aspects. Deep understanding of data mediation, billing systems, and legal/compliance-driven network data collection. Strong background in 4G/5G and wireline network usage records. Exposure to Ericsson/Nokia Mediation Systems. Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to propose and evaluate alternative technical solutions. Knowledge of Data Engineering frameworks and AI/ML applications in the telecom domain.Desirable Skills: Experience building analytics frameworks for network planning/service assurance. Proficiency with data platforms and telecom probes/packet brokers. Familiarity with data security and regulatory requirements related to telecom data.
