Propose efficient technical solutions and programming design. Ability to write technical specifications . Do development and unit testing in RPG, RPGLE. Prepare technical deliveries and packaging. Contribute to various support activities. Ability of bug fixing in RPG. Completed minimum two implementations and know the SDLC process. Should have good interpersonal and analytic skill . Should have good communication skill also. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls. (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer. (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.Business Analyst Having strong understanding of ERP Supply Chain Functional. Ability to interact with business team and gather the requirements. Ability to convert the business requirements to functional specification. Ability to lead and co-ordinate with offshore development team for deliveries. Ability to write test plan and scripts and co-ordinate testing with business users. Ability to make project cut-over plan and co-ordination IT activities. Ability to work with cross functional IT systems and lead project requirements and solutions. Have understanding knowledge of validation system and ability to execute test scripts. Ability to handle weekly status meetings with business stakeholder and IT teams. Strong in communication and reporting. Knowledge in JD Edwards 9.2 is advantage. Ability to work in multi-vendor environment and lead the project. To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review.
