Job Title: Fully Remote Technical ServiceNow Administrator

Visa: USC or GC only

Duration: 612-month contract  

Location: Remote

Duties:

Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation

Understand new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption
Continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, other commercially available software to ensure the ServiceNow platform and tools remain current
Plan, test, and implement version upgrades
Executing advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities
Building and maintaining integrations using Web Services, JDBC, middleware
Custom development, configuration and testing, including developing customizations in ServiceNow to meet project objectives and business needs
Day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, work with teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow
Build requested items and task using workflows to manage process
Work with teams to resolve support issues in ServiceNow
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Polices, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs
Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes and Formatters
Create reports and dashboards as needed
Service operations and escalated support, assisting in the management of our ServiceNow service, including core configuration, user administration, core application administration and service administration and upgrades
Manage the setup, administration and configuration of Field System Support applications and tools
Work with Application SMEs to create and validate Service Maps for key applications
Investigate technical solutions and coordinate with support teams to validate accuracy of the online support documentation
Install and troubleshoot additional operating system software that is FSS specific to maintain the FSS Intranet site to support intra-department and inter-department communication
Assist in the investigation and implementation of contact center infrastructure improvement efforts

Qualifications:

       ServiceNow system experience. Certification preferred

       Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, ), PowerShell

       Working knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories

       Knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, ), PowerShell, SaaS applications, network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3])

       Experience documenting code and system processes and procedures in a clear manner

       ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification
