REMOTE (Try to get candidate that are local to Texas, client can ask them to travel on occasional basis) Job Description Role Summary: 8+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (embedded and decentralized) 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including Logistics modules (WM, LE, MM, SD) Lead EWM implementations and provide post-go-live support in global environments Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions for complex warehouse operations Analyze business requirements and translate them into EWM functional specifications Manage end-to-end EWM processes including: Inbound and outbound logistics Putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping Slotting and rearrangement Wave and labor management Integrate EWM with core SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and third-party systems Define and maintain warehouse master data (storage bins, handling units, packaging specs) Support RF integration and warehouse automation interfaces Conduct system testing, UAT, training sessions, and cutover activities Troubleshoot EWM issues and implement effective resolutions Develop functional specs for custom objects and enhancements Act as subject matter expert (SME) for warehouse and logistics processes Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Qualifications: Deep knowledge of EWM on S/4HANA and prior versions Strong grasp of supply chain and warehouse management best practices Experience with global SAP deployments and cross-functional collaboration Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Travel may be required to client site 1 week/month -- Keywords: materials management information technology golang logistics execution South Dakota Texas Urgent Hiring ||EWM Consultant || Houston, TX.
