This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and Engineering to design, build, and support scalable and efficient integrations between Workday and third-party systems.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration needs, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Work with third-party platforms and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, SmartRecruiters) to build and maintain APIs and data exchanges. Streamline and automate the flow of data between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, offering root cause analysis and long-term solutions. Document all integration processes and provide training and support to internal teams as necessary. Stay current with Workday releases and recommend enhancements based on system capabilities. Support the integrity and security of data flowing through integrations in accordance with company policies.Essential Skills & Qualifications: 810 years of experience in Workday integration and system development. Expert-level knowledge in: Workday Studio EIB, PECI, Core Connectors, PICOF SOAP and REST APIs Workday Web Services and Integration Cloud SQL and related data transformation technologies Proven ability to work across Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, and Engineering functions. Experience integrating with third-party HR systems and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SmartRecruiters). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Current Workday Integration certifications (preferred but not required).Desirable Competencies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Ability to manage multiple complex integration projects simultaneously.
