| From: Rajiv Sharma, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Warehouse Specialist (SAPEWM Specialist example) Duration : 12 Months Location:Jacksonville, FL or Mooresville, IN MOI: Video Responsibilities: - Partner with andbecome integral part of the Mooresville Distribution center organization todeliver the strategic imperatives to drive reliable product supply that are inline with the Healthcare Systems and Supply Chain Management strategies. - Collaborate withthe Site Distribution Center ops team (Includes JNJ and 3PL DHL team) to managethe IT projects and prioritization for the distribution processes and systemsrelated to WMS. - Partner with SupplyChain Site Services & Engineering to manage all business requirementsrelated to (integrations, middleware, RF, and database management) aspects ofthe warehouse management system (WMS). Conceptual and functional knowledge andexperience of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), WMS, WebMethods (Wm)interfaces required. - Managerelationships with the software provider(s) and technical support service teamof JNJ and DHL (3PL Ops and IT services). - Manage systemcompliance with GxP, SOX, and SDLC requirements. Accountable for projectexecution and delivery of end solution via using Agile processes such as Userstories, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, go livesupport etc. - Actively engage inTriage process of systems incident management and ticket resolution with thesupport of Technical services. - Identifyopportunities for using technology as an enabler to improve, automate, andsimplify business processes for the site and its customers to increaseefficiency and profitability while reducing costs. - Leadsorganizational transformation activities in concert with an evolving businessplatform to drive continuous improvement that enables sustainable quality andreliable service levels. - Promotes innovationand continuous learning by fostering an environment that encourages newthinking and creative ideas. Qualifications: - A minimum of abachelors degree or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 7 years ofexperience in IT and/or relevant business experience is required. A minimum of5 years of Supply Chain/Supply Chain IT experience is required. - Proficiency inend-to-end supply chain processes with strong business acumen in Distributionand Warehouse Management Systems is required. Experience with WarehouseManagement Systems (WMS) is required (e.g., Blue Yonder 2020.1, JDA, RedPrairie). Nice to have experience with warehouse automation integration such as(Pick Module, Auto-Store, RFID etc.). - A proven trackrecord in implementation of largescale programs is preferred. Experience in acustomer facing and customer focused role is required. Demonstrated partnering,leadership, influencing and people development skills are required. - Proficiency in SDLCmethodology, Agile method of project delivery, preferred experience with JIRAtool and CSV requirements is required. Demonstrated technical aptitude insupply chain technologies/systems is required. - IT lead Experiencein an enterprise-wide I/T capacity is preferred. Experience engaging in anorganizational matrix model is preferred. A strong understanding of the businessimperatives and issues facing all disciplines with the company and/or corporatelandscape is required. - Ability tocommunicate the complex in a clear and compelling way is required.
