The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to align Planview capabilities with business needs and support ongoing administration, reporting, and integration activities.Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Planview to meet evolving business and project management requirements. Design, develop, and maintain Planview components such as: Reports Dashboards Workflows System integrations Support and enhance Planview modules including: Resource Management Time Tracking Portfolio Planning Create and manage custom reports using Planviews reporting tools. Perform Planview system administration tasks including: User management Role and permission setup System performance monitoring and optimization Develop and maintain integrations between Planview and other enterprise tools such as Jira, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms. Collaborate with PMO, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Planview solutions.Essential Skills: 46 years of direct experience with Planview PPM configuration and customization. Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining Planview dashboards, reports, and workflows. Experience managing Planview administrative tasks (user/role setup, monitoring, permissions). Ability to develop and support Planview integrations with systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or other enterprise tools. Familiarity with resource planning, project tracking, and portfolio management best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desirable Skills: Experience in agile or hybrid project environments. Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools used with Planview. Experience with Planview's REST APIs for advanced integration capabilities.
