This role is critical to ensuring the protection of our global financial infrastructure by monitoring, triaging, and escalating security alerts, as well as executing response playbooks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills in both English and Japanese and be familiar with regulated environments and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.Key Responsibilities: Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts in a timely and accurate manner Execute incident response playbooks and document incidents per established protocols Collaborate with global GSOC teams to support 24/7 monitoring and threat detection in alignment with MUFGs operating model Participate in continuous improvement of GSOC workflows, processes, and playbooks Support Business Operations Transfer (BOT) processes and related initiatives Provide support in both English and Japanese for effective communication across regional security teams Ensure compliance with financial services industry regulations and cybersecurity best practicesEssential Qualifications: 68 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cybersecurity Incident Response role Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments Strong understanding of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and general GSOC workflows Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese Proven cultural fluency and experience working with global teams across time zones Ability to work hybrid from Tempe, AZ or Tampa, FL offices is preferred Flexible to consider other work locations, including TokyoDesirable Skills: Experience with Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models Familiarity with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence tools, and incident response tools Experience documenting incidents and tracking them through resolution and post-mortem Knowledge of endpoint detection, threat hunting, and malware analysis techniques Relevant certifications such as CISSP, IA, IH, or Security+ are a plusPreferred Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field Professional certifications (CISSP, IH, FA, etc.) preferred but not required ------------ Manish Kumar Scalable Systems Technical Recruiter Mailto: [email protected] Keywords: Arizona Florida GSOC Security Analyst [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2550866&uid=9dfe5511598b46d8a3c1d75e31ceff30 |
