CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Qualifications: Experience in managing Salesforce projects including implementations, enhancements, and integrations Salesforce Certified Technical Architects Good understanding of Overall enterprise applications. Should have working exp as CTA with min 3 Full Implementations. Strong understanding of Marketing, Pardot, Sales, and business processes Senior season person experience in migration of Pardot Strong stakeholder management experience Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work across multiple projects. Ability to interact with multiple teams from different systems.
