Position: Service Now ITSM BA/PM Location: Juno Beach, FL (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months MOI: Phone and Video This role will focus on Continuous improvement within ServiceNow for the application support team. This Candidate MUST HAVE the ability to hold meeting with Directors / Manager level employees. They will be face to face with these employees looking for a BA with some project management skills. Ideally someone with the Service Now background but if not then just experience in data modeling Experience working in ServiceNow, following ITSM/ITIL best practices and design, performing UAT, creating reports for identifying improvement opportunities or broken business processes Manage project plans Work with development team to ensure work is assigned properly and will delivered on time Create designs/wireframes to obtain customer and UI/UX sign-off before DEV work begins Perform UAT and provide detailed feedback to developers Technical Skills: ServiceNow, ITIL, Jira / Project plans, Workflow design, UI / UX experience Keywords: business analyst user interface user experience |
