Job Title: AWS, Azure, P Cloud Engineer Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Duration: 6-12+ months NO , CPT LOCALS AND NON-LOCALS WILLING TO RELOCATE BEFORE THE START DATE Three requisitions, one Amazon (AWS), one Azure, and one Google cloud engineer requisition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Study the existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads. Understand and document technical requirements from clients. Define and execute migration strategies to move application workloads to cloud. Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials (such as CloudFormation or Terraform), including cloud services (such as EC2, S3, VPCs, etc.) and tools. Design the overall cloud environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc. Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between subnets and regions. Set up cloud-based processes, services, and tools. Oversee building the environment. Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls. Required skills and experience Led implementation initiatives for AWS migrations and modernization. Experience in leading technical teams and designing and architecting cloud migration solutions. Strong technical leadership capability and interacting with customer teams, internal project teams, and other stakeholders. At least 5 years experience migrating and modernizing data environments, which includes data lakes running on-premises/ or cloud to AWS migrations. Should have worked on at least 2 large engagements migrating data-related infrastructure and environments to AWS cloud. Should have worked for a minimum of 5 years on cloud-related projects. Should have expert knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EBS, lambda, routing, serverless, S3, VPC, etc. Should have experience on using DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is a must. Should have worked in an Agile delivery environment. Good to have skills Should be at least an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate.
