Preference is strongly with Microsoft (Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Hands on RPA development experience whether with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Automate (including Desktop flows, Cloud flows) or alternatively with UiPath, including leveraging AI to build automation solutions (Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI). Experience building deployment pipelines, enabling production build out and scripting (DevOps) (preferred) Hands on experience with Power As a hands-on lead developer, review offshore delivery team deliverables to coach design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Automate, or UiPath Development experience building Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model) Experience leading release management (Change Approval & Architecture Review Board support and documentation) Experience guiding and interacting with infrastructure teams Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer with a focus on automation.
