Job Description IBP Consultant/SME Response and supply (OBP) SAP IBP Response and supply (Order Based Planning) Capgemini is currently looking for an experience mainly in SAP IBP - Response and supply (Order Based Planning) along with other IBP modules for an opportunity with our international manufacturing client The role primarily focuses on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation and configuration, specifically in Response & Supply Planning in for Make-to-stock/Make-to-order strategies. Having hands-on experience with various SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, SnOP, Control Tower will be an added advantage. Candidate must, Primarily with an SAP IBP experience on implementation in setting up the entire flow of production planning for Make-to-stock/Make-to-Order strategy for Response and supply (Order Based Planning) With hands-on configuration and implementation experience primarily in IBP Response & Supply and other modules such as: Sales & Operations Module, Forecasting and Demand Management Inventory Planning & Optimization Candidate must have experience in setting up or configuration of the entire flow from Production planning, capacity planning and S&OP. Hands on experience on S4 and IBP integration design work is a MUST Good understanding of APO and PP integration flow to with other SAP modules. Working experience of at least one project in Setting up RTI for order-based planning in SAP7F planning rea Must have a strong understanding of the Data elements used in IBP and how they are connected to and sourced from S/4 (or ECC). Needs familiarity with the common S/4 tables and their business significance Build the integration flows as per approved specs In collaboration with IBP Functional resources, Create technical Specifications, unit Test and Integration test case documents. Execute tests, log defects and drive the resolution working with Clients S/4 resources ABAP programming knowledge is a plus Knowledge of CPI-DS is a plus Integration scenarios of IBP with other systems like ECC, S4 using CI-DS, SDI and RTI. Able to work in fast pace, demanding and agile environment Requirements for role 4 to 5 years of experience with SAP IBP different modules along with Response and supply (Order Based Planning) is must. At least 2 implementations of Response and supply (Order Based Planning) with any of the other modules/functions mentioned above. All round expert that has experience in timeseries based supply planning and optimizer Strong Integration Working Experience with Other SAP Modules Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world Good to have inside information in SAP roadmaps for the platform Desired: Excellent communication skills Experimentation, and self-study Integration experience with IBP and other SAP modules is required Familiarity with project management tools and processes, desirable Familiarity with integration from and to Legacy systems to SAP S4 and IBP systems is a plus The candidate must have: 4 to 5 years of experience with SAP IBP different modules along with Response and supply (Order Based Planning) with a minimum of 2 implementations in Response and supply (Order Based Planning) along with other IBP modules. Proven professional experience working as a consultant or business SME in large complex SAP implementation Strong understanding and knowledge of integrating processes Supply Planning Clear understanding of Functional integration aspects with other SAP modules and Solutions e.g., Promotions Planning, Financial Planning The ability to conduct S/4HANA and IBP centric workshops with all contributing parties. Understanding of the business drivers requiring the usage of different statistical forecasting models, ability to identify business pain points and assessing how SAP IBP can improve efficiency. Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices SAP IBP Certification will be an advantage. Experience in end-to-end Business Process Solution Design. Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus.
