A minimum of 7-8 years of experience. A minimum of 2 year of writing Splunk queries. Experience with App Dynamic Experience with F5, GTM/LTM, network and routing. Good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situations. Understanding of IIS Server, Web Sphere and/or TOMCAT Knowledge of Web technologies: languages, frameworks, techniques, industry trends, etc. that includes .Net or Java Pega System Administration or CSSA certification 3-5 years Pega administration/development experience Proven ability to use critical thinking skills in troubleshooting Effective written and oral communication skills Proficiency with basic scripting and Linux command line Job Description: The SRE Engineer will investigate issues reported by the internal/external customers, design/implement process improvement in our Production Services and Operations, support multiple projects infrastructure req/platform, support releases and monitor production application/environments. Hand on analysis, solution design, configuration and development activities using Pega Experience with Pega upgrade & patching activities Experience with Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) Perform troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and perform defect fixes for the application. Support Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production. Coordinate application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade, Disaster Recovery exercise, etc. Serve on a 24x7 production support team on rotation. Analyze and resolve application issues in production. Implement continuous integration techniques to automate the build process over time. Institute Pega feature that automates approval of changes; apply feature to legacy rules Provide input to technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control, event handling, integration components, work assignment, user access and security components, and versioning approach Participate in solution deployment WebSphere/Tomcat administration in support of releases and buildout of new infrastructure Thanks & Regards.....
