Garner deep functionalknowledge of data, processes, integration points with ERP systems and industrybest practices for warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes. Skills and ExperienceRequired: 1. Demonstrated capacity to create professionalarchitecture deliverables as support for the project (significant decisions,roadmap, logical/physical viewpoints, etc..). 2. Minimum 3 years inManufacturing/Warehouse/Logistics/Transportation operations roles. 3. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience asFunctional Consultant for a major IT program involving multiple teams and/orprojects. 4. Experience in developing and utilizing businessintelligence reporting and dashboards. 5. Experience in S&OP planning cycle to includeall aspects of materials management and production planning. 6. At least3years of experience inSAP TMskills. 7. At least5years of experience indevelopment/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment. 8. At least3years of experience in businessprocess consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing ofprocesses. 9. SAP TM design, configuration, testing, andimplementation experience - minimum of two full project lifecycle SAP TMimplementation. 10. Should be familiar with material handlingsystems and how to integrate them to SAP TM solutions. Strong warehouse,distribution and transportation logistics business process knowledge andexperience. 11. Must be familiar with transportation andlogistics business models, SAP TM and wireless technologies. 12. BS in Engineering, Business Management,Industrial Engineering or Computer Science. 13. Experience in the SAP ERP. 14. Experience using SAP Fiori. Requirements 1. CAPABILITIES AND SUCCESS FACTORS 2. Extensive experience is required withinwarehouse management, logistics, transportation, and manufacturingoperations. 3. Strong background in legacy manufacturing,supply chain applications, SAP/Non-SAP ERP solutions and reporting tools. 4. Extensive knowledge of ERP and SAP TM bestpractices, business processes and data structures. 5. Extensive SAP TM functional experience isrequired. 6. Excellent problem identification, root cause andcorrective action to drive resolution. 7. Strong organization skills with the ability toeffectively meet deadlines. 8. Excellent communication skills written,verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. 9. Ability to work closely and effectively with alllevels of government community. 10. Ability to influence change as well as managerapidly changing technological and business environments. 11. Demonstrated passion for being the liaisonbetween the business units, technology and project development teams. 12. Ability to work on a highly dynamic team in afast-paced environment with continuous challenges. 13. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office andExcel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables, macros) 14.
