Position: 100% Remote  Informatica MDM Hub Administrator

Location: 100% remote

Duration: Long term

Job Description:

Summary:

       The Informatica MDM Hub Administrator will be involved in the configuration of the Informatica MDM Hub system

       Must have experience with configuring and executing Informatica MDM Hub data management processes

       Experience with AWS is preferred

Hub Console Administration:

       Good understanding of Informatica MDM architecture

       Experience in creating/updating Schema, Systems & Trust settings, users, roles, and access in Informatica Hub

       Experience with Informatica MDM Customer 360 data model

       Be able to configure and run batch group, individual batch jobs, tokenize, auto match/merge, external match, and smart search

       Be able to configure message queues and process server

       Be able to configure packages, cleanse functions, and mappings

       Be able to understand and create/update match and merge rules for different business groups/organizations

       Experience integrating with different SSO providers

Deployments:

       Extensive experience managing MDM metadata

       Be able to perform deployment using Jenkins or changelists

       Be able to validate the deployment

       Be able to manage JBoss servers for deployment

       Good understanding of MDM configuration file used in JBoss configuration

       Good understanding of MDM product installation

       Experience with Kafka and MuleSoft is a plus

Monitoring:

       Knowledge of various monitoring tools

       Experience with Dynatrace is a plus

       Be able to monitor Autosys and MDM jobs

       Assist teams with any issues around batch jobs, autosys configuration, UNIX scripts, or others

       Provide inputs on automation and automate repeating manual jobs

       Experience with writing and modifying UNIX shell scripts for monitoring and automating various MDM and IDQ jobs

       Experience with PowerCenter/IDQ workflow monitoring and looking at logs to understand the impact

Installation and Upgrade:

       Experience with installing and upgrading Informatica MDM and Informatica IDQ products

       Experience with installing Informatica MDM Hotfixes

       Experience with Load Balancer configuration

       Experience with database queries and an understanding of Informatica MDM metadata

       Experience with updating metadata using Services Integration Framework (SIF) APIs

Other Qualifications:

       Be able to independently work with Informatica Global Customer Support (GCS) for opening tickets, attending meetings, and ticket resolution

       Be able to open incidents and problem tickets when there is a production incident or production servers are down

       Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams

       Be able to handle pressure in a fast-changing environment

       Good communication skills

       Experience working with AWS is preferred
