Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts. 3. Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service 4. Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations) 5. Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including a. .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 b. Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 c. Scribe and SSIS d. Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment 6. Modern workloads: a. Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred b. Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable 7. Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must 8.
