Implements system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes. Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system. This position will be supporting the Client-Systems environment, specifically, Interconnect, Hyperspace, Hyperspace Web, EPS, Web BLOB, BCA, Kuiper, MyChart, EpicCare Link System Pulse and other Epic Windows based applications requiring configuration and/or integration. The ideal candidate strives towards the common goal of application reliability, performance, standardization, automation, efficiency and proper documentation. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 2 years Epic ECSA (101, 102,105,110,115). 3 years Citrix NetScaler 5 years Citrix XenApp 2 years Scripting Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services or equivalent education/experience Location: Remote Schedule: M-F 8a-5p PST.
