Performs incident management to keep products supported operational. Performs problem management including conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative action for High Severity incidents. Provides support for assigned projects and environments, assistance to developers, DBAs, schedulers, and other IT customers and off hours on-call support as required. Ability to design and develop and maintain COBOL programs and control members. Ability to develop and maintain online CICS installations. Experience with IDMS databases and VSAM datasets. Experience with JCL job setup, scheduling, and re-start for complex systems batch processing. Prior experience designing and developing system interface specifications and troubleshooting data anomalies. Prior experience with modernization projects where current state analysis, parallel testing and UAT support was provided. Prior experience supporting financial or other systems requiring SoX compliance and the need to balance transactions at various points in system processing in support of business controls.
