BSA 8yrs* - emphasis on technology/application/solution analysis for business requirements not just business requirements 2. Vizio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming experience 3. Good understanding of flat file formats and data mapping 4. Attention to detail and ability to probe/research for accuracy of facts and documentation 5. Experience with Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle & related deliverables 6. Excellent working session facilitation skills 7. Technical background 8. Familiarity with Agile/JIRA 9. Responsive, confident and prompt communication 10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently 11. Ability to compartmentalize and problem solve NICE TO HAVE 1.
