Good experience and knowledge about different Types of Commercial Surety Bonds. Good knowledge of Insurance and Surety products and customary contractual provision. Ability of elicit business and system requirements from stakeholders for Contract and commercial bonds in Surety Application e.g. Bond-Pro Experience in Surety application or similar is must. Strong experience in business analysis methodologies. Experience in working with business stakeholders. Assists in developing an overall change management strategy for the project. Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions, and requirements. Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality as required. Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
