You will focus specifically on the enterprise analytics platform, ensuring a timely migration from Informatica by reverse engineering existing systems and providing strategic architectural guidance. Key Responsibilities: Document clear instructions for data engineers, including building data models and source-to-target mappings, and breaking down data structures and flows for translation into working code. This role will focus on understanding and structuring data rather than coding. Work with Informatica to reverse engineer current systems and facilitate the transition to Databricks. Provide strategies and potential architectural components for Databricks. Utilize an agile-based approach to implement data services and solutions. Must-Have Requirements: 10+ years of data architecture experience, with a focus on solution design and data solutions (data movement, building data models, and source-to-target mappings). Strong proficiency in Databricks to provide strategic and architectural guidance. Experience with cloud technologies. Ability to work in unstructured environments and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Azure. Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Experience in the banking or credit union industry.
