| From: Dinesh, Ruri soft [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP P2P (Procure 2 Pay, Lead /Architect) Location: Remote Client : CTS -> BrightSpeed Responsibilities: Collaborate and partner with the PTP Value Stream, Global Process and Solution Design Leads to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution - Accountable Support decision-making, execution of the localization (statutory/legal) and deployment of Indirect procurement as defined in the PepsiCo Global Template - Accountable Partner with the MTD- Make to Deploy, FTS- Forecast to Schedule, and RTR- Record to Report sub-teams to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution - Consult / Execute. Sustain and deliver the Indirect procurement solution to PBNA Wave 1 _ PBC Business Units - Consult/Execute. Requirements: 12+ Yrs of SAP experience which includes ECC6 and S/4 HANA with SAP MM, SRM and ARIBA skill sets. Experience with SAP MM and ARIBA supplier collaboration is must have. At least 3 years of SAP S4 experience. SAP S/4 support experience is good to have. Mandatory Non-Technical Skills: Familiar with testing processes, tools and methodologies. Relevant experience working on Agile projects. Experience in effectively transitioning support from deployment (Dev/Ops) including managing transports and SAP environment management. Relevant experience in ITIL processes. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, Service Now, Xmatters and MS Project. Solves highly complex problems within their work team. Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Differentiating Competencies: Leadership skills with a very innovative mindset is mandatory. Excellent inter personal skills and stakeholder management. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
