Qualifications

            Min of 3 years experience working on Genesys Cloud.

            Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integrationwith external .Services- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs.

            Contact center experience.

            Telephony knowledge.

Experience with python,AWS, coding best practices and SRE is a plus.
