DevOps CI/CD and Azure About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the Meijer Pharmacy Technology team as we complete the rollout of Project GenRxa major modernization initiative for our pharmacy drive-thru and walk-up POS systems. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our in-store infrastructure and middleware systems. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with OpenShift and Linux-based platforms in a production environment. Strong expertise in Confluent Kafka administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and container lifecycle management. Familiarity with .NET applications in containerized environments. Solid understanding of SRE principles and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. Familiarity with Kafka security, including certificate management and encryption. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and monitoring. Bonus Skills: Experience with in-store retail technology environments. Knowledge of middleware architecture and distributed systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications How long do you need someone for on contract 6 months minimum until end of fiscal year (1/30/26).
