Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with proper documentation. Collaborate with CIO, IT staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions. Lead architecture planning and code reviews. Improve performance, security, and ensure PII data protection. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in legacy and current systems. Stay current with modern development tools and technologies.Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience. Languages: Proficient in SQL and at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Go, HTML/CSS, React Frameworks: Strong experience with .NET or similar. Databases: Familiarity with relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server. Version Control: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (preferred). Documentation: Demonstrated experience in well-documented development. Skills: Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
